Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and candidate sourcing using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies for new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (immediate hire for top candidates).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Colorado Springs area.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
