Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various industries.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Greenhouse to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate data.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, managing calendars and logistics efficiently.
- Build a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media outreach, and job board management.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
