Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Management: Maintain a robust database of candidates and actively engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to source qualified candidates and conduct thorough phone screens to assess technical and soft skills.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Placement Management: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with all local and federal labor laws.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on local Fresno labor market trends to advise clients and candidates on salary expectations and industry growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, human resources, or sales support is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly desirable.
