Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to source candidates and screen resumes to identify top talent for our clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with prospective candidates.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Colorado Springs office.
