We are looking for an organized and energetic individual to help us scale our operations and provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage databases efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent pools within the Milwaukee area.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
