Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and candidate sourcing to fulfill urgent client orders.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect fit for our client's culture and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate competitive salary packages and benefits to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
