Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, resume review, and phone interviews to identify top talent for our diverse client portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, coordinating calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with account managers to understand staffing needs, market trends, and candidate expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary and permanent employees, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
- Build and nurture a network of passive candidates in the Indianapolis area to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (agency experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
