Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline (database) for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, send confirmations, and prepare interview packets.
- Update candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and hit monthly sales targets.
- Must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for remote screening calls.
