Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions using our ATS platform
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and employers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records
- Participate in job fairs and networking events across Dallas
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-demand roles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
