Responsibilities
- Assist in the Recruitment Process: Support recruiters by screening incoming resumes and identifying qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and Coordinate: Manage interview schedules, send confirmation emails, and coordinate logistics for candidate meetings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases with accurate information.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with company updates and interview instructions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and orientations are completed efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research to identify potential job openings and industry trends in the Baltimore area.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over a resume.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software quickly.
