Responsibilities
- Screen and match qualified candidates with open client positions
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Build relationships with local businesses and job seekers
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and skill evaluations
- Support marketing initiatives for job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications
