Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle staffing process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates during evening hours.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments via phone and email.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate availability and open requisitions.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent job openings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a similar HR support role is a plus.
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
