As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clients and our candidates. You will manage the full lifecycle of our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities
- Manage the Candidate Pipeline: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for temporary and permanent staff, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media and networking channels to identify passive candidates for immediate open positions.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding job details, scheduling, and placement updates.
- Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health to support the sales team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related HR capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and candidate inquiries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
