Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contract-to-hire positions.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new temporary staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
