Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, updating them on candidate progress and market trends.
- Order Management: Manage open job orders, ensuring accurate job descriptions and timely posting on various platforms.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Database Maintenance: Keep our CRM system updated with the latest candidate data and placement history.
- Market Analysis: Research market rates and industry trends to provide competitive salary recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
