Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Baltimore-area employers
- Coordinate temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire placements
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Represent the agency at Baltimore job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Baltimore market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
