Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in NYC's competitive landscape
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and niche job boards
- Conduct 15+ high-stakes client interviews weekly with C-suite executives
- Lead talent pipeline development for hard-to-fill technical and creative roles
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill by 30%
- Train junior recruiters on advanced negotiation and candidate assessment techniques
- Drive diversity initiatives to ensure 40%+ inclusive hiring across all placements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with NYC market expertise
- Proven track record placing candidates at Goldman Sachs, Google, or similar-tier firms
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $1M+ annual deal closure experience
- Portfolio showing 50+ successful placements in the last 2 years
- Proficiency in diversity sourcing techniques and compliance frameworks
