Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions across Northeast Ohio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and mid-sized Cleveland companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics to ensure KPI achievement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience in Cleveland market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's key industries: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Tech
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
