Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Job Order Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date job orders within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and system setup.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends to provide competitive salary insights and market data to candidates and clients.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and candidates through consistent and transparent communication.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
