Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate temporary, contract, and permanent placements across diverse industries
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct onboarding for new hires and provide ongoing client support
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize staffing strategies and performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
