Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for diverse client portfolio
- Screen and interview candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and job orders
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Contribute to team performance metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license (client site visits required)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
