Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for Denver-based clients across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 50+ partner companies
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction metrics through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing coordination or related HR experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong Denver professional network preferred
- Ability to make quick decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
