Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
- Track key recruitment metrics and submit weekly reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends/evenings for candidate screenings
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
