- Build/maintain relationships with 50+ hiring managers

- Facilitate onboarding and contract documentation
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Houston market knowledge preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits)
