Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with local businesses in Wichita to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage Placements: Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain Records: Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information and employment history.
- Market Research: Stay informed about labor market trends and salary expectations in the Wichita area to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Wichita, KS.
