- Manage full-cycle recruitment for immediate-hire positions across Seattle's key industries
- Screen and interview candidates using ATS platforms and structured interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth transition into roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in real-time
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
- Implement retention strategies for temporary-to-permanent placements
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Knowledge of Seattle's job market and key industries preferred
