- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire roles across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics

- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expert knowledge of Los Angeles job market and local talent networks
- Proficient in Greenhouse, Workday, or other ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
