Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with clients and candidates across Baltimore's medical, tech, and logistics sectors
- Screen and interview candidates for immediate openings using ATS systems
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for temporary and contract-to-hire placements
- Track performance metrics and maintain accurate candidate databases

Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
