Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement with 24-48 hour turnaround targets
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand hiring needs and placement requirements
- Leverage ATS tools and recruitment platforms to track candidates and job orders
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and client relationships
- Maintain 95%+ candidate placement satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record in Austin market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess candidate qualifications rapidly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong network of Austin-based professionals across tech and corporate sectors
- Ability to manage high-volume roles with precision and urgency
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
