Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with EEO regulations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a high-volume agency environment
- Proven success in filling urgent technical and non-technical roles within 72 hours
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with San Francisco's competitive talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
