Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles across multiple industries
- Source and vet candidates using advanced ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct client consultations to define staffing requirements and KPIs
- Lead candidate interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Optimize onboarding processes for 95%+ client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or agency operations
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments (50+ placements/year)
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong network of technical and non-technical professionals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, commission-based structures
