Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various open positions in the local market.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients using our scheduling software.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and top talent.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Energetic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales/recruiting environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
