Responsibilities
- Screen and interview job applicants via phone and in-person
- Match qualified candidates with client job requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system and candidate databases
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Assist with onboarding new temporary employees
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license (for occasional client visits)
