Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for immediate placement in daily pay roles.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring strict compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and match the right talent.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate data.
- Process payroll documentation and verify time tracking for daily pay employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with job seekers.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume daily environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
