Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution on multiple platforms
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for placed candidates and new hires
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for role fit
- Support client account management through regular communication updates
- Collaborate with recruiters to optimize hiring strategies and processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruitment, HR coordination, or customer service role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
