Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions using various recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent within the Oklahoma City area.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the scheduling logistics for both clients and candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with branch managers to determine staffing needs and strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our HRIS system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
