Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in Long Beach
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, conducting interviews, and facilitating placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Process payroll documentation and ensure timely weekly payments for temporary staff
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
