Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temporary, and direct-hire positions
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements across diverse industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal matches
- Process payroll documentation and ensure timely weekly payment processing
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver solutions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or administrative roles
