Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Admin)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Utilize CRM tools and job boards to track candidates and job orders
- Exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs through strategic pipeline development
- Contribute to team training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for client visits)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
