Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate-hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and orientation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top local talent
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and KPIs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate placement
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia's job market and industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
