Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our advanced ATS system
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
