Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse temporary and permanent positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure seamless client-candidate matching
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and placement metrics

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
