Responsibilities
- Manage the daily intake and processing of candidate applications and resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and client records.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and timely placements.
- Assist in onboarding procedures for newly placed associates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, HR, or staffing is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
