Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for weekly-pay temporary assignments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with Bay Area hiring managers
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate onboarding and weekly payroll processing
- Track KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction
- Market staffing services through targeted outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Proven track record in temporary/contract staffing
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of San Francisco labor regulations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
