Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across Oklahoma City
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding including payroll setup for weekly pay processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal job matching
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with state labor regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, manage pipelines, and generate performance reports
- Develop recruitment strategies to source specialized talent for high-demand sectors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly pay/temporary roles
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma labor laws and payroll processing requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for candidate/client engagement
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage high-volume placements while maintaining quality standards
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in meeting performance metrics
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
