Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across Pennsylvania
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Track and analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
- Develop talent pipelines for high-demand industries in PA
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania labor laws and regulations
- Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
