Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (healthcare, logistics, tech)
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for weekly-pay positions
- Manage applicant tracking system with 100% data accuracy
- Coordinate rapid onboarding processes for same-week placements
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ active client companies
- Optimize staffing workflows to maintain 95% candidate satisfaction
- Generate weekly payroll reports for 100+ temporary employees
- Implement retention strategies for long-term contract placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven weekly-pay experience
- Expert knowledge of California labor regulations (AB5 classification)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with both candidates and clients
- Ability to manage high-volume placements with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license with clean record for client visits
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
