Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Analyze market trends to develop strategic recruitment solutions for clients
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's job market and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
