Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries including technology, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary-to-hire placements
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's job market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
