Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand evolving staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end candidate onboarding, including background checks and payroll processing
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to optimize candidate pipelines and placement efficiency
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven staffing solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting staffing metrics and market data
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Wisconsin employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns
